- How To
To achieve the best possible results, use 2 - 4 drops per 1/4 ounce 99% alcohol to activate the Stacolor Palette Colors (same goes for the liquid Stacolors).
It can be moved with baby oil, Super Solve or Isopropyl Myristate.
