Shipping and Handling

Our standard shipping is UPS Ground, but you may choose the UPS shipping method that fits your needs when placing your order. The cost is based solely on the weight of your purchase. Ground shipping does not come with a delivery guarantee.

All air shipping guarantees are calculated on business days and exclude in their count weekends, holidays, and atypical carrier exceptions. Please take this into account when you order. 

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All orders, unless notified, will ship within 1-3 business days. Please note that shipping is not refundable.

Please note: We do not ship USPS except with UPS SurePost which is a collaboration between UPS and USPS. Should you wish to have your order shipped by FedEx, you must provide your own FedEx number and the type of service you require.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in New York, NY.

If you choose FREE SHIPPING, MWS reserves the right to choose the shipping method. The shipping method could be UPS Ground or Sure Post. It does not mean express or same-day shipping regardless of address. It also does not include a messenger service in NYC.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes.

Please keep in mind that aerosols and products considered hazardous or Flammable must be shipped by ground only. If you select UPS Air or three-day service for these items, your order will be automatically changed to GROUND service or altered to include both AIR and GROUND service.

Items shipped during the winter months may freeze in transit. MWS is not liable to replace or reship these items.

Please note that all expedited orders must be placed by 2 pm EST.

We only ship international orders to customers who have their own account with a shipping carrier. Please be aware, all international orders are subject to duties and taxes at the discretion of the destination governments.

LOST/UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package is assigned a tracking number and leaves our warehouse, the carrier is now responsible for that package. If your items is lost, was marked delivered but your ared certain you did not receive it, a claim will be filed on your behalf with the carrier. However, we cannot refund or resend your items free of charge.

MESSENGER SERVICE

We currently offer this service to the following locations.

Manhattan

0–15 lbs. $23.25
15–100 lbs. $33.00
For each additional 100 lbs, add $8.

Long Island City, Brooklyn, Queens
0–100 lbs. $55.00
For each additional 100 lbs, add $8.

A signature will be required for all Messenger deliveries.

Allow 1 hour for your order to be processed and 3 hours once the order has been actually picked up, making the delivery timeframe a 4-hour delivery window.

RETURNS

• Unopened, unused merchandise may be returned for store credit only if received within 10 days and accompanied by original receipt. Store credit is valid for 6 months after it is issued.

• Intimates are not returnable.

• Shipping fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping fees on all returned items. If a customer wishes to exchange an item, they are responsible for returning the original item and for the shipping fees on the new item.

• Special Order items are not returnable.

• Please call Customer Service before returning any merchandise, stating the reason for your return. You will be given an RA # to write on the outside of the box and on a copy of your receipt on the inside of your box. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Please include a copy of your original receipt with the RA # written on it.
